We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Safeguarding & Attendance Officer who can work in a fast paced environment, providing strategic, operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies, improve attendance levels and reduce persistent absence in line with Academy targets. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in ensuring school compliance with Safeguarding procedures and requirements. You will also be a key liaison point between a range of agencies and the academy.

The purpose of this post is to fulfil our responsibility in the safeguarding of our students and enhance the life chances of our students.
The successful candidate will possess emotional resilience and the ability to communicate effectively with visitors, staff and students and will be welcoming to all, whilst operating in line with our safeguarding procedures.
