This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Support team and provide essential support to our Transport and Engineering teams to enable them to fulfil their duties. You will be the initial point of contact for Street Naming and Numbering related enquiries, ensuring that queries are dealt with and responded to in a timely manner. The postholder will also review new development and address enquiries, decide on suitable numbering schemes, create Street Naming and Numbering decision records before plotting and mapping new addresses. The successful candidate will need to be computer literate and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes including MS Teams, Excel and Outlook.
You will need to have an eye for detail, be able to respond to communications in writing and verbally, be able to accurately record information and work effectively as part of a small team.
This role is for 15 hours per week and we can offer flexible/hybrid/remote working options to support a good work life balance.
