Based: Aberdeen Outreach Housing Support

Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week

Salary: £10.83 – £11.39 per hour, rising to £11.12 in your first year of service

Annual: £20,841- £21,924

Contract: Permanent


We are Hiring, Join Our Team

Our Aberdeen Outreach Housing Support service in Aberdeen is looking for Full-Time Support Practitioners to assist in the provision of person-centred support to a wide range of people who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness.

At Aberdeen Outreach Housing Support, we work across localities to enable people to maintain independent tenancy sustainment, reconnect with their local communities and assist them to build their resilience to prevent repeat homelessness. We respond to the individual needs of those who are homeless or at the risk of becoming homeless, including those who are rough sleeping, or are in temporary or permanent accommodation. The service supports people who may have multiple needs which may be related to mental health, alcohol and other drug use, offending, finance and employment.

Rolling rota shifts between 8am and 8pm including weekends.
