We have an exciting opportunity at Sense for a Support Worker to join our fantastic Day service at our Sense Centre in Leeds and Wakefield . This is the perfect role for a support worker wanting flexible day time hours to suit your family needs.
The Centre is open Monday to Sunday 9.30am-4.30pm . We have permanent contracts available up to 30 hours per week. We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:
Positive, with a can-do attitude
Caring and empathetic
Passionate about enhancing other people’s lives
Basic IT Skills
Have a full UK driving license is desirable
BSL level 1 desirable
Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role
Knowledge of multi-sensory impairments / learning difficulties is beneficial
Experience of working within the Health & Social Care sector would be desirable No two days will be the same
