Who are we…
Forward Leeds is the alcohol and drug service in Leeds for adults, young people and families. Forward Leeds is delivered by 4 services in partnership, led by Humankind.
We are looking for volunteers to support with our annual survey of people who access our services. Humankind is always looking at how we can do things better. With so much change happening in the world around us, this has never been more important. Once a year, we ask people to help us by completing a short (7 questions) anonymous survey. The survey is online, but we also have a paper version which can be inputted online at a later date.
About the role…
The primary focus of this role is to support individuals to complete the annual survey for people accessing our services. This role is vital to welcoming people to the hubs and make people feel at ease.
Tasks include:
- Support service users to complete the online survey face-to-face
- Digitising paper copies of the survey that individuals have completed
- Making contact with service users to support service users remotely over the phone
- Explaining the purpose of the survey and where the information is going
- Maintain own records for tracking completions of the survey
