Summary

The Governors at Applebee Wood Community Specialist School are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 1 (3 days per week) to work as part of our well-established team. We are seeking a member of staff who is enthusiastic about learning and who will continuously strive to support and motivate our children.

The successful candidate will ideally need to have experience of working with children with special needs and have a caring nature.

In return we offer a supportive team with the opportunity to grow and expand on skillsets.

This position is part time term time plus one week (insets), please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Working hours and days are;
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9.30-2.30pm

Essential Qualifications

• GCSE C or above Maths and English
