About the Role

Team Member at The Breakfast Club at Gatwick Airport (North Terminal), Airside

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time.

Hours per week: 30-40 hours per week

Shift patterns: scheduled between 3 AM – 11 PM

Pay rate: £10.80 per hour regardless of age.

SERVICE CHARGE IN ADDITION TO BASE SALARY!

Up to maximum £300 service charge on monthly basis.

We are looking for Full Time Team Members – Hosts, Waiting Staff, Bartenders to join our team at The Breakfast Club at Gatwick Airport.

As a Waiter, you will work a variety of shifts between 3 AM – 9 PM.

As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your basic rate of pay to £12.00 per hour!

Responsibilities for Team Members:

• Demonstrate knowledge of Breakfast Club brand and products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner.
• Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Brand standards.
• Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas.

Requirements for Team Members:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Bartender role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
