Are you detail-oriented, passionate about food quality, and ready to dive into the world of savoury pastry? Walker & Son, a proud member of the Samworth Brothers Group, is seeking a Process Administrator to join our dynamic team! As a vital member of the Process team, you’ll support key stages in new product development and ensure the quality and compliance of our products. From collecting and tracking nutritional and shelf-life samples, to managing trial re-heats and product sensory panels, your work will directly impact the delicious pies and pastries we’re famous for.
- Collect and coordinate testing samples for nutritional and shelf-life analysis.
- Track timelines and support technical assessments to ensure top product quality.
- Document sensory panel feedback and collaborate with artwork and specification teams.
- Support product trials, quality assessments, and manage internal re-heats and sensory reviews.
- Be part of customer visits, assisting in presenting our high standards and attention to detail.

- A background in food manufacturing or administration with a keen interest in food quality.

- An eye for photography (for capturing key product visuals).
