Part-time up to 27 hours per week
Titchfield, Hampshire or Newport, Wales (1 to 2 days per week – hybrid) FIRST WEEK WILL BE FULL TIME IN OFFICES FOR TRAINING
Hourly rate: £15.10 per hour
3 months with possible extension – March 2024 end date.

INSIDE IR35

Concept Resourcing are looking for Telephone Operators to join a prestigious government organisation.

This is an initial 3 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience;

• Previous interviewing or call-centre experience.
• Excellent IT skills, proficient in Word and Excel and be able to learn new software systems quickly.
• The ability to follow detailed instruction to record data accurately.
• The ability to work independently.
• The confidence and professionalism to converse with a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.
• The ability to persuade reluctant people to agree to be interviewed.
