To provide management information support to the Ticketing and Membership Services department, to assist with the smooth running of the department with a specific focus on operational supporter communications, data acquisition and sends.
The Role:
- Provide and maintain data required for supporter communications, and ensuring they are continuously updated and remain robust. This involves working with and accurately preparing large files of data from our ticketing system, to ensure each supporter’s communications are correct and personal to them.
- Draft and prepare a suite of standard and ad hoc operational supporter communications, specifically relating to their product and departmental priorities.
- Consider the club tone of voice, react to key on-pitch milestones and supporter sentiment to ensure operational activity can continue throughout the season.
- Oversee and ensure departmental communications records are kept up to date, and processes are followed at all times. Specifically, with access to lots of sensitive information, full data protection and GDPR regulations must be followed at all times.
- Support the Ticketing & Membership Services Team with a range of data driven workstreams.
- Work closely with the Contact Centre Management Team to provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and insights into workstreams and performance with a focus on productivity and effectiveness.
- Support the wider Ticketing & Membership Services Team in key busy periods by undertaking administrative duties and providing all-round support.
- Demonstrate an understanding and take responsibility for assisting the department in maximizing sales for Official Membership, match tickets and Season Tickets, by using analytics and analysis to inform change in strategy.
The Person:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel
- Experience working with large data files with accuracy
- Experience in producing concise reporting and summarising complex and detailed information to convey information in a way which can be easily absorbed and understood
- Proactive approach, forward thinking and able to plan ahead
- Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks at one time
- Sound personal qualities such as communication skills, self-motivation and enthusiasm
