At the core of our Thornbury site are our Paramount team of Warehouse Operatives. We are looking for people who enjoy being a team player in an active role and a fast paced environment.

What’s the opportunity?

You will play a key role working as part of a warehouse team in a chilled environment (we’ll provide appropriate uniform). The role will include handling goods from intake through to dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles whilst adhering to our health & safety culture at site. Scanning and picking different products and moving stock around while working with our heavily invested modern electronic voice equipment.

Pay Rates:

Day shift -starting at £11.94 per hour then increasing to £12.36 per hour following 6 months service.

Night shift- starting at £14.92 per hour then increasing to £16.18 per hour following 6 months service.

Earning potential: up to £16.11 per hour

Shift Patterns Available:

Any 5 from 7 Shift Pattern

we have days and nights available

9.30 – 18:00 Days

19:00 – 03:30 Nights

What you’ll be doing

Using your voice headset you will be given picking tasks to accurately locate, once validated you will safely transport the product and prepare them for dispatch. You will safely and efficiently unload and load inbound and outbound delivery vehicles as well as check product from suppliers.

What you’ll need

Whilst Warehouse experience (ideally in a chilled environment) is beneficial, we are also looking for passionate, adaptable and collaborative people. Full comprehensive training will be provided and in return for your achievements we also offer fantastic pathways and career progression opportunities, many of our current Team Leaders or Warehouse Managers have started their career as a Warehouse Operative. Our ideal warehouse operative will be able to follow instructions whilst working together as a team with pace and adaptability.
