Full time Warehouse Operative at GXO Logistics
Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the Inventory team at our BT contract in Milton Keynes. You will be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 13:00 – 21:00; however, a degree of flexibility may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Conducting perpetual inventory counts according to planned schedules and work instructions at ground level and at height (full training will be provided to safely operate a high-level order picker for this purpose)
- Carrying out targeted investigations as issued by Inventory Function Operatives
- Reporting all unresolved discrepancies
- Ensuring daily tasks are carried out effectively and within given timescales
What you need to succeed in GXO:
- Ability to work on own initiative yet form an integral part of a progressive and multi-skilled inventory team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail with an ability to effectively interpret large amounts of data
- Good PC knowledge
- Previous knowledge of JDA WMS is preferred but not
