Shift patterns: 4040 – 3 Weeks Days – 1 Week Nights – 12hr Shifts (07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking Warehouse Operatives to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment
• Be responsible for picking specified items from storage or warehouses and prepare them for shipment
• Pick and pack products which includes unboxing, labelling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets
• Operate a range of material handling equipment (MHE) from forklifts to pallet trucks

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative is beneficial but not required
• Previous experience or FLT license is beneficial but not required
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

A recognised qualification in Manual Handling or equivalent will be well-received.
