Location: Runcorn, WA7 1PZ
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
Hours: 37.5, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000
Restore are currently recruiting for QC/Admin people! This is an exciting time to join the ever expanding Technology business unit
This is a hybrid role which consists of both picking and packing products sold through our e-commerce platform and performing general admin duties. This role will involve regular communication with B2C and B2C clients and other relevant admin tasks related to re-marketing activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lay out and process e-commerce orders.
- Order packing.
- Take calls and messages in staff absence.
- Assist with annual stock checks.
- Provide telephone and email support answering customer enquiries.
- Liaise with couriers relating to shipped orders.
- Regular communication with suppliers, assisting with purchases and logistics.
Processing of all incoming mail.
ABOUT YOU
- Keen eye for detail.
- Able to work well as part of a team, communicate positive handovers to other team members.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Good numeracy and IT skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organise work.
- Ability to accurately complete and cross match paperwork, create files and reports.
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
- Good understanding of working to targets/goals.
Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality.
