To support the Supervisor with the daily operation at BSS Crosspoint Coventry. Ensuring that the business’s daily targets and strategy are met. Ensuring all standards of Health and Safety are met by all colleagues. Supervise the warehouse colleagues when there is a requirement to do so. Maintain that all visitors are monitored and supported with Health and Safety being of the utmost importance while they are onsite. Provide training and support to colleagues when there is a requirement to do so.

Team Leader’s role varies depending on the day, if the Supervisor is in, the Team Leader supports a set task from the Supervisor; marking up, putting stock away, unloading/loading vehicles.

When having to supervise the shift, ensure that all daily tasks are completed, directing the colleagues to the goals that are required of them to complete tasks during the shift, maintain their safety throughout the shift, being in contact with the General Manager of the site, supporting them with any projects or tasks they have given to the Supervisor

General housekeeping are also a part of the daily tasks required to be completed.
