East Riddlesden is a popular venue for weddings and events, and we’re looking for two bar supervisors that can help us provide the best possible service to each and every one of our guests.

The Hours: Flexible contract, mainly working Friday and Sundays and have the opportunity to work extra days however we would discuss your availability upon successful completion of your application.

Shifts can range between 1:00pm – 7:30pm, 7:30pm – 1:00am or a long 12 hour shift depending on events and weddings booked, and on what works best for yourself.

The Salary: £11.00 per hour

Duration: This is a fixed term position until 31 st December 2023, with the possibility of extension or permanent position.

Interview Date: Wednesday 10 th May (PM) or Thursday 11 th May (AM)

A full drivers licence is required to travel around site.

What it’s like to work here:With your love of working with people, positive attitude and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our bar. Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the drinks are all served to a high standard. You will work closely with the other bar staff and wedding team, creating a positive working environment.

What you’ll be doing:As the Bar Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for effectively co-ordinating the on shift bar operations, ensuring weddings and events bar is set up and ran smoothly. As well as supporting the weddings team, you’ll be supervising the bar team on shift. You’ll also be able to input into the development of the bar, continuously improving the service we provide. Leading by example, you’ll need to have a positive, can do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile.
